1.1.6. Service: the Administrator's operation of the Website and provision of free or paid leisure opportunities through lotteries and entertainment using its services.
1.1.7. Cur: virtual game units used to provide and receive services. Cur are used exclusively within 11lotti.ru and cannot be traded or used in transactions outside the Website. They may be purchased only through the Website under this Agreement.
1.1.8. Stake: an electronic ticket generated through the Website at the User's request using software commands, recording participation in a particular lottery round. A stake debits cur.
1.1.9. Round: a period of a lottery with a beginning and an end, during which users place stakes and learn the result.
1.2. Other terms are interpreted consistently with clause 1.1 and established Internet usage, without contradicting this Agreement.
1.3. Headings are provided for convenience and have no literal legal significance.
1.4. In case of discrepancies with rules published elsewhere on the Website, including Help, this Agreement takes precedence.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Administrator offers potential users entertainment and amusement services through the Website strictly under this Agreement.
2.2. Anyone accepting the offer becomes a User and must use the Website only under these terms.
2.3. Persons lacking full legal capacity because of age or health under the laws of their jurisdiction may not use the services.
3. FORMATION, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION
3.1. Information about the Website, services, this Agreement and other governing rules is available before sign-in. Services become available after sign-in.
3.2. This Agreement is concluded when the User signs in using the account's username and password.
3.2.1. Signing in expresses direct, full, unconditional and unreserved acceptance of the Agreement.
3.3. The Administrator may unilaterally change, revoke or supplement any terms or other Website rules at any time without prior agreement with the User.
3.3.1. Changes become binding on every signed-in user 12 hours after publication on the User agreement page.
3.3.2. Users must monitor that page for changes. The Administrator may, but need not, send individual notices to users affected by particular changes.
3.3.3. Continuing to use the Website and its services after publication constitutes full acceptance of every amended provision.
3.4. After 12 consecutive months without sign-in, the Administrator sends electronic notice of termination.
3.4.1. If the User does not sign in and resume using the services within 30 calendar days of that notice, the Agreement terminates.
3.4.2. On termination, all remaining cur are cancelled without compensation for paid but unused services. The User may not make claims against the Administrator or Website, including claims for refunds for such services.
4. WEBSITE SERVICES
4.1. Services provide visual entertainment through graphics and animation and amusement through simulation software. They address personal emotional and psychological needs by simulating game situations without imposing the possible adverse consequences of the processes being simulated. Users may not collude to turn these simulations into risk-based games. The Administrator blocks access for users involved in such collusion.
4.2. Unused cur may be returned at their purchase price. Refunds go to the payment details specified in the User's refund request.
5. USING THE SERVICES
5.1. Cur are visual representations generated by Website software. All rights belong to the software's owners; users acquire neither ownership nor other proprietary or contractual rights in those representations. Cur record the volume of services a User is entitled to consume.
5.2. Services are provided by acquiring and spending cur in the Website's amusements, with or without monetary payment depending on how the units were obtained.
5.2.1. Users may pay for services by purchasing cur as described in section 6.
5.3. Obtaining cur through intentional or negligent use of malicious software, viruses, defects or Website failures is prohibited.
5.4. Users may spend cur on stakes in the Website's entertainment lotteries under the rules in Help.
5.5. Different games may have different rules, published in Help or the relevant Website section. Participation signifies acceptance of those rules.
5.6. Placing a stake debits cur according to the rules and the amount chosen by the User.
5.7. The cur balance decreases when stakes are placed and may increase when the result specified by the rules is achieved.
5.8. Participation continues while the User has cur obtained under clause 5.2. A user with no such units cannot participate in any Website lottery.
5.9. The Administrator may cancel rounds without advance notice; cur spent on stakes in a cancelled round are restored to the User's balance.
5.10. Collusion to influence results through coordinated numbers or sizes of stakes is prohibited and may result in denial of access.
5.11. More than one account is prohibited without prior administrative approval. Violations result in blocking every account and cancelling the game balance.
6. PAYMENT
6.1. The Administrator sets and may change cur prices, published on the relevant Website page.
6.2. Users may use any payment method offered on the Website through an electronic payment system or aggregator that processes online payments in real time.
6.3. Payment obligations are fulfilled upon successful authorization by the payment system. Its payment record is evidence of payment.
6.4. The payment system may charge fees under its own rules; the Administrator is not responsible for those fees.
6.5. The Administrator does not control payment-system hardware or software and is not responsible for its errors. If money is debited but payment is not authorized because of such an error, the provider or aggregator must refund it.
6.6. All paid Website services constitute voluntary donations by the User.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RESTRICTIONS
7.1. The Website includes intellectual works belonging to the Administrator, affiliates, associated parties, sponsors, partners, representatives, others acting on its behalf and third parties.
7.2. Users acknowledge that all content and its structure are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual-property rights, on all media and under present or future technologies. Use of the Website and acceptance of this Agreement transfer no content rights to the User.
7.3. Users are prohibited from:
7.3.1. Copying or distributing protected works unless the Website expressly permits that function.
7.3.2. Using Website information commercially, for profit or contrary to law.
7.3.3. Copying or otherwise using the Website's software or design.
7.3.4. Publishing third parties' personal data without consent, including home addresses, telephone numbers, passport information and email addresses.
7.3.5. Modifying software or taking actions intended to alter Website operation or availability.
7.3.6. Using offensive or misleading words or words violating third-party rights and freedoms, including in usernames or aliases.
7.3.7. Using software, technical or hardware tools not provided by the Website to obtain services.
8. LIABILITY
8.1. For violations of this Agreement or other Website rules, the Administrator may unilaterally block or delete an account or restrict any or all functions without court proceedings or prior notice, effective upon its decision and corresponding technical action. Cur remaining in an account restricted because of intentional or negligent violations are cancelled without compensation of any kind.
8.2. The Administrator does not guarantee Website operation, uninterrupted services or preservation of information published on it.
8.3. If a hardware or software failure causes a round to finish contrary to its rules, participants may submit a reasoned objection through the feedback form within one day. Review may annul the result and restore stakes; otherwise the round is considered completed.
8.4. The Website is provided as available at 11lotti.ru, without any guarantee of results from its use.
8.5. The Administrator has no liability or obligation to provide services where the User obtained cur in breach of this Agreement.
8.6. The Administrator is not responsible for differences between the User's subjective impressions and expectations, or for the effect of the Website's design, fonts and content layout on the User.
8.7. The Administrator is not responsible if services are prohibited or restricted in the User's jurisdiction at the time of access or use.
9. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
9.1. The Website may link to third-party sites. The Administrator does not verify their accuracy, completeness or legality and is not responsible for their information, materials, opinions, advertising, availability or consequences of use.
9.2. The Administrator does not guarantee that the Website meets the User's requirements or that access is continuous, fast, reliable or error-free. Hardware or software faults on either side preventing access to the Website or account constitute force majeure and release the Administrator from liability for non-performance.
9.3. The Administrator may assign rights and transfer debts under the Agreement to third parties, to which the User consents. Publication of information about an assignment or transfer on the Website constitutes sufficient notice.
9.4. The Administrator may refuse service to any User without explanation.
9.5. In disputes, when providing exclusive options or in other circumstances, the Administrator may request personal data. By providing it and accepting the Agreement, the User consents to automated or manual processing, including collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer or disclosure, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction.
10. DISPUTES
10.1. The Parties seek to resolve disputes relating to performance, termination or invalidity through negotiation. The complaining Party sends the other a message identifying the claims or disagreements.
10.2. If no reply or agreement is reached within 30 working days of that message, the dispute is resolved by a court at the Administrator's location.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. A court finding a provision invalid or unenforceable does not invalidate the remaining provisions.
11.2. Failure to act upon a violation does not prevent the Administrator from later protecting its interests, Website interests or intellectual rights in protected materials.
11.3. The User confirms having read, understood and accepted all provisions fully and without exceptions or reservations.
